As a fully qualified Technician that has gone on to achieve many more qualifications so as to ensure that my staff and you my customers are getting the most up to date products, services, delivered by staff that are trained, work to method statements, have carried out risk assessments and are properly trained for the works that they carry out for you. This is something that we focus on. Each team has a first aider, office staff are also trained in many different remits to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
Recycling
At Porter’s we have a waste certificate to ensure that approximately 80% of our intake is recycled at the present time, ensuring we are doing our bit for the environment. THE DIFFERENCE
Our sales meetings with you are agreed at a time that suits you. Our sales meetings are a double glazing breath of fresh air, informative and everything which is discussed is backed up with our own Porter’s literature, to ensure a clear and concise sales meeting. Everything that is discussed is written down on our contracts to ensure customer confidence and clarity at all times. From the point of order we give you a 7 day cooling off period on all windows, doors, porches and conservatory sales. On completion of each project once we have removed all waste, cleaned your new windows, door, porch or conservatory down, we will instruct you on the safe use of your new product(s) and ensure that you are competent in their use, and carry out an inspection of all your newly installed products with you the customer present, to ensure customer satisfaction at all times – that’s the Porter’s difference.
Payments
Payments are very simple, just pop into the showroom or phone 01896 757750 and one of our trained staff will ensure that your requirements are met. Card payments by debit card only, please note we no longer accept credit card payments. Bank transfer payments are also acceptable. We do not like to accept cash so that we meet the money laundering recommendations. We no longer accept cheques.
Late Payments
Late payments will incur charges as set out on your contract supplied to you at the point of sale.
Cancellation
Cancellation is possible at any point. We will ensure to keep the costs to you the consumer to a minimum, should your cancellation be after our 7 day cooling off period. Our terms are as set out on your contract supplied to you at the point of sale.
Guarantees
All work is guaranteed as per the guarantees on each of our contracts supplied to you at the point of sale.
