Unfortunately when the boys came to do the fitting they could not have picked a colder nor more miserable week, but, undeterred they ploughed on. I was amazed at the speed and professionalism of Steve and Graham. The rooms were completely covered in cloths and covers to make sure carpets and furniture were kept clean. £1,928 raised – thank you!

Old School Reunion

Thank you so much to Stevie Porter from Porters Porches and conservatories ltd and his incredible team for making Cash for Kids the beneficiary of  old School Reunion on Saturday 1st December!

It was an incredible night and has raised a whopping £1,928.90.Thank you to everyone involved in making the night such a huge success – DJ’s Paul Rayner, Craig Elliot, Bodge & Mo, Grant Lyall, Bonzai.

The epic sound and lighting was by Soundwaves Pro with an phenomenal appearance from guest band QFX.

Of course it wouldn’t have been the same without the talented MC on the night… Mr Steven Porter himself! We couldn’t be more thankful to all involved. This money is going to make such a huge difference to so many children’s lives here in the Scottish Borders and North Northumberland.

CASH FOR KIDS SUPERHERO DAY

Porter’s are proud supporters of the charity Cash for Kids. Cash for Kids is the official charity of Radio Borders and provides a helping hand to disabled and disadvantaged children around the Scottish Borders and North Northumberland. We recently sponsored Radio Borders Superhero Day, where they raised a whopping £8,000!
